The Challenge of Sustainable Transition
The Danish island Samsø has been working on a sustainable transition since 1997 and aims to be fossil fuel-free by 2030. Antropologerne developed a leadership compass to show how the island has managed its transition.
Anthropological Study and Leadership Compass
Based on conversations and co-creative exercises with citizens, Antropologerne carried out an anthropological study of leadership and participation on Samsø. The results were used to develop a compass for pioneering communities.
