Stby worked on projects exploring the role of smart technology in helping people to feel more in control of their health. These projects involved sleep and stress management in the UK and behaviour changes related to health and fitness goals in the US.
Foundational and Longitudinal Studies
The UK study explored existing patterns around sleep and stress management and speculated on future scenarios involving smart technology. The US study was a longitudinal study monitoring how people reach their health and fitness goals.
