Strategic Exercise for Smart Textile R&D 

A large strategic exercise was prepared and conducted for a leading R&D centre in the area of smart textiles.

Future Probing Methodology 

The Future Probing methodology was used to gather a wide range of "future signals", the developments likely to impact the industry in the near future. These future insights were analysed with backgrounder cases to gain deeper insights into possible future scenarios for the group. The project was a collaboration between Stby and Summ()n.

Innovative Concept of the Future 

The research resulted in a truly innovative concept of the future organisation that will be capable of acting as a frontrunner in the new emerging industry.
