Building Cultures of Care
In our work we need teams—not just to get things done, but to do them well, together. So much of what we hope to achieve is only possible through collaboration, support, and shared energy. And because we spend so much of our lives at work, how we feel while working matters. In our July 2025 session, we explored how healthy team cultures can create space for care, connection, and impact. What makes teams feel good and how can we create moments of meaningful connection?

Addressing Skill Gaps
Collaboration and learning are central to our work. A key part of growing is identifying our own skill gaps, which often surface in interactions with colleagues or clients and can trigger an internal, physical response of unease. In a recent Reach School session, we discussed these signals and the need to redesign learning models, especially with the rise of AI. We emphasised that human qualities like passion and listening are our crucial differentiation. By consciously acknowledging our limitations and taking action to address them, we can make a meaningful impact through our work. Addressing skill gaps is a powerful way to make a positive impact. By being aware of our limitations, accepting them and taking deliberate action, we can Make meaningful work together.

Taking charge of our learning journeys
Reach School offers space to reflect, connect, and re-engage through curiosity and small, intentional actions. We ask simple questions that help move from passivity to participation, taking charge of our learning journeys, even in the smallest interactions. These moments remind us of the power of being in conversation—with each other, and with the world around us. As part of our mission, we are striving to make virtual spaces feel alive through thoughtful facilitation and a strong sense of collective presence.
