‍The Challenge of Strategic Planning in a Dementia Care Home 

The Apex Harmony Lodge Dementia Home in Singapore asked The Care Lab to support them in designing a people-centric strategy planning process and toolkit. The goal was to map out their activities and plans for 2018.

Design and Implementation of a Toolkit 

The Care Lab created a toolkit that allows teams to plan their initiatives and tools for front-line care teams to share their ideas. The process and tools were designed to empower management and staff to take a collaborative, proactive, and innovative approach to achieve holistic dementia care.
